Fill out the form ‘Order Request Form’ to avoid any delays and not forget to provide any essential information. Alternatively, placing an order by e-mail or other means of communication is also accepted.

Note that for the merchandise to be shipped, your order must be fully paid in advance.

3- What kind of payment options does Sampatec offer and what is the currency in use?

The accepted payment forms are:

b)    Credit/Debit card (Note that Sampatec is located in Canada. If you card was not issued in North America, check with your credit/debit card issuer whether you can use it outside your region)

4- How long do the products take to arrive at the destination?

It will always depend on where you are located. For example, once an order is placed and payment is received, the lead time to South America will usually be between 10-15 working days. The same process to the east coast of North America typically takes between 8-12 working days.
